Ok

so since i'm the one who assisted you, I will start

this weekend i'm planning to take my wife and my lovely doughter to our relatives in Al-Khobar to have some fun

plus and most importantly, I decided not to check my work email at all since i'm really under stress and they are right when they said , work never ends

so it will be personnel weekend only

no work / no sitting and reading emails related to work

only having fun
