Hello ,
The employee is eligible for (P-time) even without the approval letter, according to IR Manual. He may take the examination days from his L-Time at first, then after finishing he can submit to the time keeper examination documentation prove of his attendance from the university. Upon this, his L-
Time will be converted to P-Time.
Pre-approval is related to Refund and Recognition Process only.
