الأسماء العربية لما نكتبها بالإنجلش تكتب بكذا طريقة 
يعني بعض الحروف مثل ق ممكن نكتبها q أو g
نفس الشئ Omar or Omer or Umar or Umer
Osamah or Usamah
Muhammed or Mohammad
These are names so there is no one way to write any of them
You can spell them the way you want according to pronunciation
another example is
Al- Qahtany
or
Al-Qahtani
