maybe she mean about this section ,she thinks they give lessons and we follow them and by that we learn! I don't know if what am saying now is what she meant but I think it is
cuz she didn't talk about admitteding to a college or something learn English for example like a Distance Education cuz as far as I know "blackborad" its only for that
anyway for here its only to have fun and by writing and chating which let us Practice so in the end we learn more and more btw there are some good topics about grammar or stories which is good to learn I guess
 anyway I hope what I said is usefull
