According to the Puritan believe,people were very strict in their rules specially with religion.
This was as an influence to the hardships they faced of fighting to their land in the past. These hardships became their frontier experiences. According to that, they did not allow anybody to break the rules, so everybody was watchful of others .These hardships experiences had an influence on their thoughts and their way of life. Judges used their power to eliminate evidence of their mistakes and returned their community to puritanical ways.
