Cuz a wish makes my dream Goes to be a Hobby And All of us know that
If you do something As a hobby

Yes brother when the wish comes as a hobby that`s ok, but I was talking about those who only wish, because I know some people that they always say they love English and they wanna be fluents in English, but when you come to see what they have achieved to their langauge, how much they work to learn the langauge you will see that do not work as they talk.
So, a lot of people wish to learn the language, to be fluent in it, but how many of them have a real goal to achieve it, have a certain plan that would help them to accomplish their goal.

But as a hobby, ofcourse I agree that it is a good way to learn. Thank you..l
