They both say that shortening have or has when they mean possession is INCORRECT
and there are a lot more sites, but these tow are talking clearer about the issue
and most of the other sites are forums, and I didn't want to use forums to support my opinion
although, British people use the form "I've a car" but only as a slang maybe
But I didn't find any thing that supports the form "He's a car" not even as a slang
and I think the reason is because it's very confusing, see this example:
He's a problem
it could mean:
He has a problem
or
He is a problem
they are completely different from each other

I've a car"= I have got a car =right ?
