I am wondering, Why do you use such a hard way to type your sentences ..

If I didn't know the Country he talks about ?

Why don't you say " If I do not know which country he is talking about?"
but anyway, Both are correct I guess it depends on the question or the situation
I think "Never heard of it" is more common

If there is anything else to it please do tell
