مشكله في تسجيل المقرر .؟!!

بناات عندي مشكله بتسجيل المقرر كل ماسجل يطلع لي هالكلام ؟
Your current Total Unit Count is : 0Units (Already enrolled) + 9 Units (Chosen from Shopping Trolley) = Total 9 Units which is less than 12 units for GPA < 2 students. Please apply for the'Registering Less than 12 Hours'. Once advisor approves your application, you are allowed to proceed for this enrollment. Navigation path for applicarion is : Self Service --> Uoda Services --> Student application --> Registration Advisor Approval.
