Missing plug-in
Tegrity Player requires the Windows Media Player plug-in for Firefox browser to be installed. The plug-in is used to play the recorded audio and video in your browser.
You must have administrator privileges and start your browser by right-clicking on the Firefox icon and selecting "Run as Administrator" to install this plug-in.
Installation instructions
1. Download and install the plug-in by clicking here.
2. Close all open browser windows and restart Firefox.
