في هذا الدرس هناك قاعدة توضيحية ليست مكتوبة فأحببت كتابتها لكم لتتضح الصورة وتعرفون لماذا كتبت الكلمات باللون الأحمر فى الجملة السابقة .
القاعدة تقول :
ينفى المضارع البسيط بوضع do not قبله إذا كان الفعل غير منتهى بsو يستعمل مع الضمائر التالية ( I . They . You . We) أو أى أسم جمع . أماإذا كان الفعل منتهي بحرف s ينفى بوضعdoes not قبله و هى تستعمل مع الضمائرالآتية (It . She . He) أو أى اسم مفرد .
