q The following are just a few types of problems mainly encountered in literary texts of poetry, drama, novel, short stories, oratory speeches and other types of literary genre:
فيما يلي عدد قليل من أنواع المشاكل التي تواجه أساسا في النصوص الأدبية من الشعر والدراما، رواية، قصص قصيرة، والخطابة الخطب وأنواع أخرى من النوع الأدبي:
1. Semantic Shifts Over Time

q To take the historical parameter, for instance; in the twenty-first century we have to be told that when Shakespeare (1564-1616) wrote the words ‘silly sooth’ he actually meant ‘simple truth’.
لاخذ مَعلَم تاريخي، فعلى سبيل المثال؛ في القرن الحادي والعشرين علينا أن نقول أنه عندما كتب شكسبير (1564-1616) عبارة 'تهدئة سخيفة' ‘silly sooth’أنه في الواقع يعني 'الحقيقة البسيطة'. ‘simple truth’.
So when you translate such words in a literary text such that of Shakespeare’s, you need to be aware of the semantic changes that might have happened to such words.
