1-Why did the Church not want people to think?
simply because it needed them to remain devoted to it.
2--In the 18th century, (the Church- the government- the University) told people what to do and how to think.
3-According to the Church in the 18th century, (the earth- the sun -the moon) was the centre of the universe
4-According to the Church in the 18th century, (England- the sun- the Church)
was the centre of the earth.
5-Every individual in the 18th century felt
(important- unimportant ugly)
6-All revolutions in the 18th century led to the increased importance of
(parties- wars- individuals).
