Nice subject ...I wish if we just write and talk more in English without being shy and scared and talking it with a big smile on our face this would be a great thing...I 'm pretty sure I could do it ,,the question is are the girls in the department ready to write and talk in English without being scared or shy ?! I think we should try harder to change this fact , if just one person do it all the community will do it that's it ,
