i had a quick look at your proposal and it doesn't look good. Slide 6 of the introduction lecture specifies that you need:
Procedure
week 5: Choice of a research topic (instructor's approval is mandatory):
At this stage, students should submit a document (two pages maximum) containing
(1) a coherent thesis statement,
(2) a paragraph description of the project, and
(3) a description of the tools necessary for the completion of the project (research material, interviews, surveys, questionnaires, etc).

Your proposal does not include a paragraph description. It only includes a sentence description. There is a difference between a paragraph and a sentence. Please write a paragraph description and resubmit sometime this week.
