Well, That depends on your skills ,Talking with yourself all the time gives you, the ability to keep your English on..
Speaking To native Speakers Although, Gives you The correct Pronunciation ,so "practice makes perfect "
ok No matter How much time Could a person spend in learning English ,
a daily practice can make you speak Very Fluently
Three months And Ten Years ..That Depends on your Skills
if you can speak ..you can write .but you must know how the function of the punctuations.
As you see I'm not using a correct punctuations .
