This can be an interesting topic. You can of course continue writing about it. However, you need to understand that you cannot cite a whole paragraphs as you have done when citing r. Kannan. You need to change this. You also have a large number of grammatical mistakes which you need to take care of as soon as possible

your next step is to write your proposal in the format we talked about in the lectures. Start with an abstract, introduction, thesis statement, etc.
