when submitting the final draft, do we have to mention that this is the abstract and this is the introduction and so on, and then proceed writing it?

yes, of course

are the literature review and the research methodology parts of the introduction but in separate paragraphs, or they are separate parts in the proposal?

what is the difference between the research question and the thesis statement? Or they are the same thing.

اعتقد اللترتشر ريفيو والميثادولجي تكتب في المقدمة، والمقدمة تكون براغرافين اوثلاث ( يعني المقدمة صفحة وحدة مناسبة)

وعندك خطأ ( هي كلها الاثنين في المقدمة ) حتى لو حطيت كل وحده في براغراف لوحدها!
