This can be developed into a good research proposal. However, there are some points which are inaccurate in your proposal. for example, in the literature, You said 'We will try to give complete answer for these questions." How can you answer these questions? Depending on what …? the literature review means that you should mention some of the studies that have dealt with similar studies.
Under 'ethical consideration' you wrote ' When we teach a new language, we teach morals , ethics, and….." this not what we mean by ethical considerations; see the recorded lectures.
Similarly, the research methodology section is wrong, you need to see the recorded lectures to understand what is meant by these sections.
You need to be more serious about what you write; I advice you to seethe recorded lectures first and try to understand what is required before you send me anything.
