Though you are repeating this course for the second time, you do not seem to make much use of your previous mistakes.
One issue you want to realize is that what you have written is a libraray-based proposal; i.e. it is based on books, and already published information, not real reserch.
some of the issues you mentioned are not relevant to your main topic.
Anyway I will accept this as a proposal, though I expected something better from you. Your next step is to modify your proposal acccording to my comments (see attached file).
