I think it will help to consider your audiance and how well they know you.
I can see from your writing that you can express yourself very good.
I mean who is your audiance??teachers , students in class.
If they are students, they know many things about you. I mean I don`t know for example your name
but they know. so if you`ll make a speech for me, you have to start with your name and maybe your level of education, but for other students in class you don`t have to mention all these information because they already know you.
Try just to be calm, and you`ll be fine.
