unhealthy habits




.They (There) are many kinds of unhealthy habits(. We) we should avoid them
First of all, eating unhealthy food (The first of all is eating ...).What is unhealthy food ? (It's) The food which contains a lot of fat ,salt or calories . Eating a lot of food in the meal it is bad for everyone (... meal is bad ...) . It causes many kinds of diseases such as , chelsterol (... as cholesterol ...) , dibeats (diabetes), heart disease (heart diseases) ...etc

Seconed , watching TV (The second is watching TV) until med night (midnight) so the students ( so students) can,t foucous in (focus on) the lesson or lecture well ,and .
.they can,t study or sleep enough time

Also,using the phone all the time (... the time is a bad habit ...) . It is big problem ( ... a big problem ...) in these days . It is bad for eyes ,and it causes many .disease ( many diseases)



To conclude , we should replace bad habits with good habits ,to make (. To make) this change we need patient (patience) and .along time
