I'm not hating on my university but there are things that must be straightened out with the blackboard and VLS system at once.
They've got all resources, financial and human resources, and on top of that experience.
They definitely need to lay out a newly-formed system with all this cash.
Our university is, of course, better, but I hope it becomes the best.
