Based on my experience being fluent in a second language is kind of hard (no doubt) , and it's highly influenced by the teachers who have taught us through out the early years of school,specially when it comes to accent lol... When it comes to improving your language i highly recommend READING , yes reading !!! it was a great help for me and i am sure its gonna be for you guys... I never took any proper training and I don't think school has to do anything with it either, Its all my own effort , if you want to learn you will have to explore , read , listen and that of course need a lot of dedication from your side. So study hard and good luck everybody :)
