- To contribute to raise the cultural level of social, scientific and among members of the community. 2 - to fill the gap in the faculty and qualified instructors in some areas is also working on the fading weakness possibilities. 3 - Work to provide a variety of educational resources and multi helping to reduce individual differences between the trainees and by supporting training institutions modes and a variety of teaching techniques and interactive.
