Another advanced definition of translation is the one introduced by Etchnia Arjona (Gerver 1977) as follows:

1- الترجمه هي إستبدال صورة النص في لغه إلى صورته المماثله " equivalent" في لغة أخرى .
تعريفا متقدماً آخر للترجمه قدّم بواسطه Etchnia Arjona (Gerver 1977) ينص على أن :
2- الترجمه مصطلح عام بين اللغات إجتماعي لغوي ثقافي ينقل أي رسالة من مجتمع لآخر عبر وسائط متنوعه مكتوبة , منطوقة , ميكانيكيه أو خليط منها
