Please find attached my comments on your first drafts. Make sure you follow the instructions carefully. Also read the instructions in the instructions file (also attached to this email).
Once you do the suggested changes and format your proposal according to the instructions, you will be ready to submit your final draft.
Please send me a copy of your final draft.

Please have these dates in your diaries (the dates are for students under my supervision only, other supervisors may have different dates):

1- The deadline for submitting the first drafts of proposals is Thursday the 28th of November. All students who have already submitted their first drafts and received my confirmation that their proposals will be processed, or have already received my comments, will get 10 marks for submitting their proposals on time. Those who have not submitted their proposals yet, or were asked to resubmit their first drafts due to major errors, and are willing to submit their proposals before the deadline will have to submit their first drafts according to the instructions file which I sent earlier in order to get the 10 marks.

2- Students who send me their first drafts after this deadline will still receive my comments, but will not get the 10 marks.

3- The deadline for submitting the final drafts is Thursday the 5th of December (for those who will receive/have received my comments on or before Thursday the 28th of November).

4- In case I did not manage to send you my comments earlier than Thursday the 28th of November, your deadline will be 7 days after receiving my comments on your first draft.

5- Once your final draft is ready for submission, please send it to the E-Learning Deanship and send a copy to me.

6- If you have further questions regarding submission, you can contact me anytime via email.
