You know that a phrase is a group of words used as a single unit. Prepositional phrases always act as modifiers.
تعرف أن العبارة هي مجموعة من الكلمات المستخدمة كوحدة واحدة. عبارات الجر تتصرف دائما كما المعدلات.
A prepositional phrase that modifies a noun or pronoun is an adjective phrase.
It tells which, what kind, or how many
A عبارة الجر تعدل اسم أو الضمير هو عبارة الصفة.
وتخبر أي نوع، أو عدد ,,
Go to the beach near the road.
One of the lifeguards from the town will be there.
اذهب إلى الشاطئ بالقرب من الطريق.
وسيكون أحد رجال الإنقاذ من بلدة يكون هناك.

A prepositional phrase that modifies a verb, and adjective, or an adverb is an adverb phrase.
عبارة الجر تعدل فعل، وصفة، أو ظرف هي عبارة ظرفيه .
An adverb phrase tells how, when, where, or to what extent.
We went on the ferry.
The meet us later in the afternoon.
عبارة ظرف توي كيف، متى، أين، أو إلى أي مدى.
-ذهبنا على متن العبارة.
-لقاء لنا في وقت لاحق في فترة ما بعد الظهر.
You may use prepositional phrases either before or after the words they modify as long as the meaning of the sentence is clear.
يمكنك استخدام عبارات الجر إما قبل أو بعد تعديل الكلمات التي طالما أن معنى الجملة واضح.
Sometimes another word or phrase comes between the modified word and the prepositional phrase.
The lone runner jogged steadily along the deserted beach.
أحيانا كلمة أو عبارة أخرى يأتي بين كلمة تعديل وعبارة الجر.
عداء مهرول وحيد بثبات على طول شاطئ مهجور.
To be clear, you should always place an adjective phrase next to the word it modifies.
أن تكون واضحة، يجب عليك دائما وضع عبارة الصفة بجانب الكلمة فإنه تعديل.
Place an adverb phrase as close as possible to the word or words it modifies, or place it at the beginning or end of the sentence.
وضع عبارة ظرف أقرب ما يمكن إلى الكلمة أو الكلمات التي يعدل، أو وضعها في بداية أو نهاية الجملة.
