1-دراسة محتوى الشرائح لان الاسئله منها والقطع من الشرائح
2- التمارين اخر المحاضرات نفس الاختياري
3- الاسئله هي نفسها في المحتوى واللي ذكروها الاعضاء هي اسئله الاختبار
4-حيجي في الاختبار :

المقرر ليس بتلك الصعوبه وطريقة الاستاذ عمار في الشرح ممتعه ومتمكن من اللغه واسلوبه شيق والمتابع لشرحه يحس انه في قاعة فصل دراسي
لإستخدامه للرسومات على لوحة الشرح ومن يذاكر معه اول بأول ويطبق سيتمكن من المقرر بشكل جيد !!

حنا ما صعب علينا هو عدم توقعنا للاسئله ،، كانت صعبه بالنسبة لنا والقطع كانت طويلة اضافة لطريقة وضعها في ورقة الاسئلة ( القطعة في صفحة والسؤال في صفحة ثانيه )
يعني تضطر الى ان تقرأ السؤال ومن ثم ترجع الى مكان القطعه وترجع الى الاختيارات المطروحه مما سبب لنا توهان والوقت كان ضيق وما ساعدنا كثير !!

ما قصدته من كلامي الاستعداد جيداً لهذا الوضع ومحاولة التدريب على البحث والتنقل بين الصفحات بشكل سلس ،،
احياناً الصدمه يكون لها اثر سلبي على الطالب وربما يستغرق وقتاً من زمن الاجابه حتى يرجع لوضعه الطبيعي ،، لكن مع التجهيز النفسي يكون الوضع مطمئن جداً ..

عموماً كان الاختبار عبارة عن 3 قطع

قطعه من المنهج وكانت عليها 7 اسئلة ( والاسئلة هي نفسها تقريباً اللي اخذناها في التدريبات )

قطعتين خارجيه وهي مكمن الصعوبه كانت طويلة هذه القطعتين كان عليها 30 سؤال ( 18 سؤال على قطعه و12 على القطعة الثانية ) ..

11 سؤال على استخراج الفكرة الرئيسية للبرقراف

الاستاذ شرح لنا 12 طريقة ولكن كان تركيزه على طريقتين او ثلاث ان لم تخوني الذاكره احدهما المنطق ( Logic)

بقية الاسئلة 22 فقره كانت عباره عن بعض الكلمات اعتقد جانا 4 او 5 فقرات وبعض القواعد التي تمت دراستها في المحاضرات !!

Reading Strategies



In our first lecture we have talked about different reading strategies such as getting meaning from context, identifying the main idea, skimming for the topic and main idea. According to our recorded classes,


What does “Getting Meaning from Context” mean or aim to?
It means guessing the meaning of the words.
And there is 3 ways

1- Punctuation () - , ;:

full colors pictures are printed using only black and three colors :yellow, cyan(a light blue) and magenta (a light purple)
here Cyan means a light blue and Magenta means a light purple


2- a clue in another sentence : ( surrounding words)

A school system in one country is not identical to the system in any other country. It cannot be exactly the same because each culture is different

in the second sentence we see the meaning of identical is exactly the same

3- Logic
The educational system is a mirror that reflects the culture.
the meaning of reflects here is Show

because we know the word mirror so we can guess that reflects means shows


What does “main idea” mean”?

The main idea is in sentence or two and can be found at the beginning or middle or at the end of the paragraph


the life of a doctor is not easy. Martin works a very long day and he is very busy with a variety of activities. He spends a lot of time with people, but he also spends a lot of time working on reports in his office
The main idea here is "the life of dictator"

What does “skimming” mean”?

Quick reading looking for some words to help to get the main idea of the paragraph

1Do you have a favorite season? 2Winter, fall, and spring have many advantages. 3However, summertime is my favorite season because it offers the tranquility of the beach as well as the exhilaration of outdoor sports. 4First, sitting on the other side of a sand dune, hidden by sea oats and sedge, I like looking at the Atlantic Ocean, scanning for dolphins and pelicans. 5Looking at something larger than I am gives me a sense of awe and gratitude and provides a backdrop for some deep musings.6Second, summertime provides me with the chance to go sailing, surfing, and hiking along the shore. 7The exercise enhances my sense of well being and creates a feeling of optimism.

Here in this paragraph when we take fast look on it we will found that summertime "repeated"
So "summertime" is the main idea and the topic of the paragraph

about italics we used the italick style with two cases first case to emphasis at special word during the read the gridlock is very huge problem in cities second case if there is a foreighn word in an english sentence about supporting detaile we can support our information wit ideas \examples\facts such as I want to study engglish beacuse i like it and it is an international language scanningwe read with fast and acuurate way to know special information like names \dates numbers
