I don't , actually no one like that feeling and i mean by that "normal ppl " anyway it seems to be that is my stomach is so tiny that its okay to eat one meal in the day without being so hungry
beside all that I get a week being so hungry and eat more then usual and then another week having no Appetite and eating one meal in the day do you feel that sometimes ???? |

Most of the time,, and lately I only eat one meal per 2 days
