Fill up the form and let your department manager to sign it. Then, the form should be sent to Career Development to be signed from the manager of Career Developement

It takes some days but it's easy.. it's just a pre-approval

I wary about rejected again , one of my friend said there is should be an another form which included with you've sent to me.

Hello,

The employee is eligible for (P-time) even without the approval letter, according to IR Manual. He may take the examination days from his L-Time at first, then after finishing he can submit to the time keeper examination documentation prove of his attendance from the university. Upon this, his L-Time will be converted to P-Time

and i do ot by my selve last month

Guys,

If the examination on the same work location, he will be granted L time first then will be converted to P time only for the examination dates not from the begining till the end of the examinations like if it is conducted out of job province.
