Hit people Break things Lose controle Not talking to anyone Some of these things might make us feel better in the short-term. But they can make trouble for us later . People might not understand why we are behaving like this For example, cursing your slowlycomputer won’t make it run faster just like kicking your car won’t make it work. In such cases you are just wasting your efforts instead of channeling them properly. . How can I feel calmer? It is important to take time out to relax and do things that we enjoy. Everyone relaxes in different ways . Talking to someone listening to music Taking a deep slow breaths >>this really works for me and our islamic istructions guid us to the right way to calm down like Asking God's forgiveness Doing ablution Changing ur position like standing up if u were sitting or leaving the place What about you ..what works for you It's obvious that anger is an emotion that should be taken lightly and that serious efforts must be done to control and manage it. By understanding how anger works you will be able to control it instead of making it control you |

wow as usual you are amazing in your topics
well for me I usually write in like a diary or sleeping and always talking a deep breaths and now I start sometimes to talk with my sister even that doesn't help lol because she just listen and not say anything back but thats why I come to her cause that lets me talk until saying (( I guess thats enough)) so yeah sometimes that helps me in way I think |

you were soo right when you say that anger is a healthy habit >> when there is a good reason for me when i get angry i go away form the one how make me lose my temper >> so that i wont hamr him !! i don't hit but i srcreem loudly at him or her and then i CRY !!! yes i cry when i get angry crying makes me feel better accept passing me here |

We really have to calm downand be cold little but sometimes ,, but not always and so cold that things getting silly around ,,,,

when I lose my control and get angry I leave the place .. cry in mum or sis 's lap they duno why I'm angry !! and I don't tell them I just feel crying is strengthening me so ,, It expresses about my emotions then .. I start to think by my mind then re-control my self well . thanx sweet angel |

I like the topic when I get angry I Leave the place , go to my room
and keep myself busy with anything .. and then start talking to myself and crying thanx alot sis .. Really I enjoyed reading this topic |
