sorry for not replying and sharing with u I'm not in good mood today I have appointment with the psychiatric doctor he asked me to be admitted at hospital many times but i can't |

I''m suffering a lot of sever depression with suicidal thoughts most of the time i can't move from my bed and the most difficult time when i can't move any part of my body or even breath |

but do not give up and be a strong Muslim women read the Quran more often Allah puts all the cures in Quran Do not listen to all these bad thoughts of yours it is nothing but an obsessions Allah will Guard you insha allah, but you must have a strong faith in Allah

and one of my books is for the sake of Allah it talks about paradise but i don't know what's done to my mind now i completely become a negative person in the society |

you are not Do not give up I have wrote these words early this morning to someone here and I'm writing it to you now " think positively of the future 'and you will see how your life will get better so just have a very strong faith in Allah and strong self confident I know it is easy to say but I assure you that no one has had his/her beauty life easily we all need to struggle to have peace and decent life |
